Templum to Acquire Broker-Dealer and ATS Operator Liquid M Capital

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Templum, Inc. (“Templum”) an innovative technology company focused on Tokenized Asset Offerings (“TAO”), and Liquid Markets Group, Inc. (“Liquid M”) today announced they have executed a purchase agreement pursuant to which Templum will acquire Liquid M’s broker dealer and Alternative Trading System, Liquid M Capital LLC. The acquisition will position Templum to be the leader in the sale of TAOs and the secondary trading of digital assets as securities. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval.
